Privacy Policy

FitRove is designed around user ownership of training data. Core tracking, local history, and export are available without requiring an account or payment.
Data you provide
You may create workout logs, strength sets, run summaries, WOD scores, readiness check-ins, body metrics, fueling notes, and training preferences.
Apple Health
Apple Health access is optional and permission-based. FitRove requests access only to the Health data types needed for features you use. You can change Health permissions in the iOS Health app. Local history and export work without Apple Health permission.
Export
FitRove lets you export app-owned records. Export is a core free feature.
Analysis
The first release does not enable paid backend analysis. The Analyze screen provides free local summaries and local recommendation cards.
Advertising and tracking
FitRove does not use health or workout data for advertising or cross-app tracking in V1.
Accounts
V1 is account-optional. If account creation is added in the future, users should be able to initiate account deletion in the app.
